MLM Companies under Government Investigation scanner
New Delhi (mlmnewsblog) – The ministry of corporate Affairs (MCA) and The economic offences wing (EOW) of Mumbai Police are probing multi-Level companies who are involved with investment and monthly return schemes. Both are preparing reports separately.
The economic offences wing (EOW) of Mumbai Police has to complete report by 7 of September and then present it to the Bombay High court. The need of such investigation came into effect after Speak Asia‘s alleged scam, which is to the tune of thousands of crore.
Right now EOW of Mumbai police is investigating cases where people have logged complains with Mumbai police. Mumbai police declined to name the MLM companies who are under their scanner. In the report Mumbai police also suggested the ways to tackle such frauds.
